First Mutual Properties

First Mutual Properties Limited was formerly known as Pearl Properties Limited (ticker PEAR) and listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in 2007, later rebranding to First Mutual Properties (ticker FMP) as a subsidiary of First Mutual Holdings Limited. Shareholders approved a voluntary delisting at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 2 June 2026, and the company published its Notice of Voluntary Delisting from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026. The delisting has not yet taken effect: the counter was still quoted on the ZSE on 8 July 2026 at 99.00 ZWG cents and remains on the exchange's register of listed companies. First Mutual Properties stays a subsidiary of First Mutual Holdings throughout.

Corporate structure

First Mutual Properties develops and manages commercial real estate across Zimbabwe's major towns, with a portfolio of approximately 117,250 square metres of lettable space spanning office parks, retail shops, and commercial and industrial property across 41 buildings. The company operates as a real estate subsidiary within the First Mutual Holdings group.
