Innscor Africa Limited

Innscor Africa Limited grew from founder shareholders Zinona (Zed) Koudounaris and Michael Fowler's businesses (Koudounaris joined the board in April 1996, Fowler in July 1994) into one of Zimbabwe's largest manufacturers of consumer staple and durable goods, spawning offshoots including Simbisa Brands, Axia Corporation and National Foods. Innscor delisted from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange on 23 February 2023 and listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange the following day, 24 February 2023, as part of the broader wave of ZSE-to-VFEX migrations, to enhance access to international capital markets.

Corporate structure

Innscor operates across fast foods (Bakers Inn, Chicken Inn, Creamy Inn, Nando's, Pizza Inn), retail and distribution, agro-processing, and manufacturing of household commodities, with group companies including National Foods, Colcom, and Rutanhi Beverages. The Group is headquartered at Edward Building, corner 1st Street/Nelson Mandela Avenue, Harare, and is governed by a Board of Directors aligned with VFEX Listing Requirements, chaired by an Independent Non-Executive Chairman, with an Executive Committee led by the Group Chief Executive Officer.
