Simbisa Brands Limited grew out of Innscor Africa's Quick Service Restaurant division, becoming a standalone Pan-African QSR operator owning, operating and franchising a basket of brands including Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, and regional rights to Nando's and Steers in various markets. Simbisa Brands delisted from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange effective close of trading on 28 November 2022 and listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, a US dollar-denominated exchange. It is the largest fast-food restaurant operator in Zimbabwe and operates QSR restaurants across 11 African countries with continued regional expansion ambitions.
