Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) was established in 1992 and grew into one of Zimbabwe's major hospitality groups. Beyond its ordinary shares, RTG has issued debenture instruments listed on both the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange; during 2020 the Group repaid in full a ZW$16.7 million debenture that had been issued in February 2018 at a 6% interest rate with a 7-year tenure.
