Dairibord Holdings Limited

Dairibord Holdings Limited has over 70 years of operations in Zimbabwe as a manufacturer and marketer of dairy and food products, and has been listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange under ticker DZL for decades. On 24 June 2026 the Board announced it had approved a proposed voluntary delisting from the ZSE to be immediately followed by a listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), citing the ability to trade in foreign currency, tax benefits, and greater access to offshore capital; the transaction was pending a shareholder circular and regulatory approval at the time of writing, with reports also noting that three major shareholders were considering selling their controlling stake to an unnamed buyer.

Corporate structure

Dairibord Holdings operates through subsidiary Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited and Dairibord Malawi Limited, with 100% interests in four property companies (Goldblum Investments, Chatmoss Properties, Qualinnex Properties and Slimline Investments). The company manufactures milks, foods (yoghurts, ice creams, condiments, spreads) and beverages (cordials, ready-to-drink dairy and non-dairy products, tea, water) from factories in Harare, Chitungwiza, Bulawayo, Gweru, Kadoma, Mutare and Chipinge.
