The Eagle Real Estate Investment Trust (Eagle REIT) is a US-dollar-denominated real estate investment trust promoted by Zimre Holdings Limited and Fidelity Life Assurance of Zimbabwe. It was the first REIT listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange, with 137,553,752 units admitted by way of introduction on 16 May 2025 and trading commencing 19 May 2025, at a net asset value of approximately US$20 million.
The fund anchors two major infrastructure projects — Mazowe Walk and the Victoria Falls Eagle Heights mixed-use development — and targets investment in tourism infrastructure, retail centres, residential projects and healthcare facilities.
