The Pfuma Real Estate Investment Trust (Pfuma REIT) is a US-dollar-denominated real estate investment trust that listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange on 4 February 2026 following a US$25 million private placement, with 471.35 million units issued at US$0.10 each and a 100% subscription level.

The fund was established by the asset manager and trustee, approved by SECZim as a REIT on 10 December 2024 and registered in the Deeds Office on 30 June 2025. Its seeded properties are the Hogerty Hill Centre (186 million units) and the Chegutu Retail Centre (35 million units), contributed by Farmhouse Company (Private) Limited and Blue Elf Investments (Private) Limited. The fund targets a gross rental yield of 7–8% on net asset value per annum.

Corporate structure

The fund is a collective investment scheme registered under the Collective Investment Schemes Act [Chapter 24:19], with units trading on the VFEX in US dollars.

Arctic Blue Asset Management is the REIT manager, responsible for day-to-day investment management, and a trustee holds the fund’s assets on behalf of unitholders. The fund was the second REIT on the VFEX and the 18th listing on the exchange.
