The Tigere Property Fund (Tigere REIT) is a real estate investment trust that became the first REIT listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, with units admitted to trading on 23 November 2022 following an offer for sale of 255.3 million units at ZW$28 per unit.
The fund invests in quality retail and commercial properties across Zimbabwe, targeting income generation and capital growth for unitholders, with a focus on convenience retail. Over 40 local and regional businesses operate across the portfolio, which has created 500 formal employment opportunities through its first assets.

The fund is a collective investment scheme licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe whose units trade on the ZSE.
Terrace Africa Asset Management (Private) Limited is the appointed REIT manager, responsible for investment and asset management; Terrace Africa (Private) Limited is the initial property manager for leasing and facilities management; and ZB Bank Limited is the trustee. An Advisory Board, encompassing an Investment Committee, reviews and advises on key fund transactions in line with the fund’s investment policy.
